ก้าวไกลยันไม่ผลักดันแรงงานต่างด้าวกลับ หัวใจต้องแก้ปัญหาแรงงานจ่ายส่วยยันเงินใต้โต๊ะ
วันนี้ 7 มิถุนายน 2566 พรรคก้าวไกลโพสต์เฟซบุ๊กเกี่ยวกับนโยบายแรงงานต่างด้าวท่ามกลางกระแสข่าวพรรคก้าวไกลผลักดันแรงงานต่างด้าว มีดังนี้
พรรคก้าวไกล ยืนยันไม่มีนโยบายผลักดันแรงงานข้ามชาติกลับประเทศ
สืบเนื่องจากมีข้อมูลปรากฏในสื่อต่างประเทศ ว่าพรรคก้าวไกลมีนโยบายจะผลักดันแรงงานข้ามชาติกลับประเทศ ซึ่งจะส่งผลกระทบอย่างมากต่อพี่น้องประชาชนในประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน
พรรคก้าวไกลขอยืนยันว่า นโยบายของพรรคก้าวไกล ไม่เคยมีการระบุถึงการผลักดันแรงงานข้ามชาติกลับประเทศ จุดยืนของพรรคคือการคุ้มครองสวัสดิการแรงงานทุกคนที่ทำงานในประเทศไทยอย่างเสมอภาค ไม่มีการเลือกปฏิบัติ และเราต้องการอำนวยความสะดวกให้แรงงานข้ามชาติสามารถเข้ามาทำงานในไทยได้อย่างสะดวกขึ้น ได้รับการคุ้มครองตามกฎหมาย ปราศจากการเก็บส่วย เรียกเงินใต้โต๊ะ หรือการเอารัดเอาเปรียบจากเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐและผู้ว่าจ้างในขณะเดียวกัน ก็เป็นการช่วยเหลือผู้ประกอบการไทยให้ได้รับความสะดวกในการจ้างงานด้วย
พรรคก้าวไกล ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของพี่น้องแรงงานข้ามชาติ ในฐานะพลังขับเคลื่อนทางเศรษฐกิจที่สำคัญของประเทศ โดยเฉพาะในอุตสาหกรรมที่พึ่งพิงแรงงานสูง เนื่องจากไทยอยู่ในภาวะสังคมสูงวัย ขาดแคลนแรงงาน การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของประเทศจะเป็นไปไม่ได้ หากขาดแรงงานกลุ่มนี้
นโยบายของพรรคก้าวไกลในด้านการต่างประเทศ ยังให้ความสำคัญอย่างสูงกับการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือในทุกๆ ด้านกับชาติพันธมิตรอาเซียน เพื่อสร้างความมั่นคงทางเศรษฐกิจ และส่งเสริมสิทธิเสรีภาพของประชาชนในภูมิภาคร่วมกัน

Move Forward Party Affirms No Policy to Repatriate Migrant Workers
June 7, 2023 – The Move Forward Party categorically denies reports in certain media outlets alleging that the Party has a policy to repatriate migrant workers from neighboring countries.
The party’s stance is to protect the welfare and labor rights of all workers in Thailand, regardless of their nationalities. The Move Forward Party recognizes the importance of the contribution made by the migrant workforce to the economic and social development of Thailand.
Therefore, we aim to expand and improve regular pathways to facilitate the entry and employment of migrant workers in Thailand, provide them with appropriate protection, and ensure that such pathways are free from extortion, coercion, or other forms of exploitation. This approach also aids responsible Thai employers in finding convenient avenues to fulfill the much-needed human resources for the industries.
Additionally, the Move Forward Party’s foreign policy attaches importance to fostering cooperation within ASEAN with a view to ensuring peace, security, and prosperity for the region. We are committed to working closely with fellow ASEAN countries to achieve a prosperous economy, good governance, and an equitable society in which the human rights of everyone are respected and protected, with human security at the top of our agenda.
